I love how each trainer has an area they specialize in (e.g. Additionally, I had the opportunity to learn how to train more efficiently, and improve my form, both of which were needed. I came to Unite with a lot of training experience, yet I still learned new movements, variations and theories to add to my exercise tool box. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable and talented all of the trainers are, along with the modern, high-tech facilities. The hikes were my favorite as they're self-paced, and provide physical challenge and mental euphoria. Over 3 weeks, I met, shared stories, and joined forces with kindred spirits who all wanted to get into shape and feel better about themselves. I knew that I would enjoy the mix of gym-based exercise and hiking, but didn't anticipate how inspiring the mountains surrounding Salt Lake would be.
